Factory Clearance

As we manufacture all buildings direct in our Cheshire factory, we are able to offer all of our 150 different display buildings at a discounted price. Our Factory Offers fall into the following categories:

• Prototype and one off buildings- As we continually strive to enhance our range, we often manufacture one off and prototype buildings to try out new ideas. These buildings are put on display and are available at big savings before we decide to introduce them to our range.
• Factory Seconds- We have very strict quality control measures in place to ensure only the best products leave our factory. Any timber that does not meet our criteria is rejected, and used to make Factory Seconds buildings. These are constructed in exactly the same way as our normal buildings, however they have minor flaws. These buildings are available at massive savings!
• Demonstration clearance offers- We recognize the importance of constantly changing our display stock. For this reason we often put big offers on certain buildings to help clear them, and make room for new display stock.
