Garden Offices

As all buildings are manufactured direct in our factory, we can work to any size, budget or design. Every building is constructed to meet your specific requirements – Partition walls, verandas and storage areas can all be added.

The walls, roofs and floors are fully insulated with a 65mm Kingspan Therma foil backed sheets within the 70mm frame cavity. Tyvek vapour membranes are located between the outer layer of cladding and the internal frame of the building. The buildings are internally clad with 9mm high grade moisture resistant MDF boards (or optional 16mm T&G cladding). Internally the buildings are finished off with carpet tiles and skirting and coving. Painting and hidden wiring and electrics can also be arranged.

Our insulated offices are available with either timber framed double glazed units, or UPVC A rated double glazed units (a choice of colours is available). Double glazed windows and doors can be supplied in any size, giving you exactly what you require.

All timber used is fully tanalised (pressure treated). External cladding options are as follows:

• Tanalised 16mm T&G Shiplap
• Tanalised 25mm T&G Loglap
• Tanalised 34mm Rustic board 
• Tanalised 38mm T&G Loglap

 **For reference, a 38mm externally clad office will have a total wall thickness of over 115mm**
